Web FAQ's

Yes we take privacy very serious and we will not use your provided information other than for internal use. Please read also the Privacy Policy stated on our web page.
No Dringgg is meant to provide you with good quality long distance calls as helps to save you money. It is not a replacement for your mobile phone. For emergeny calls please use your mobile.
For the time being we do not offer our service for Hong Kong citizens or Hong Kong companies, but that might change soon.
We operate world wide and for the time being we base our registration process on verification of you email address. Should it be really necessary that a change has to be done, please contact our NOC.
Go to your web portal, login and then click your credit in the uper right corner left beside the LOG OUT button. You will get a list of all purchases done.
We choose Paypal as it is a worldwide trusted payment supplier, but we work on integrating more payment gateways.
That is not for End-users, that is an offer we have for small and medium sized Telecommunication Carrier who would like to launch the product under their name. For such customers we offer this solution as a white label product.

Apple FAQ's

Check you internet strength. If you see a weak signal or you are on 3G go to Settings in your Dialer, choose Codec Settings and then move the codec GSM8000 or ILBC/8000 on the top. This codec use less bandwidth and you will see the call quality will improve immediately.

Check if you have an internet connection – you should also see right beside the indicator the word Offline. If you see that check if you have activated WIFI or Mobile Data in your phone settings.

If you have an internet connection and your indicator stays red check if right beside the indicator you see the word Invalid, in this case your login was not successfully – check your login credentials and try it again. While Dringgg verifies your password you should see the word Connecting and a yellow indicator.

As many telecom regulators demand that people using prepaid services have a clear audio indication of the costs involved for each and any calls we implement the IVRs. But we give the user the choice to turn them off. Just go to our web portal in Settings/ SIP Details and check SKIP for both and you won’t hear them anymore.
Most likely you used your telephone book and you try to call local numbers and you have them saved without the international prefix. All call numbers have to be saved in international format. Correct format:
Prefix Country Code Destination Code Personal Number
+ or 00 44 (for UK) 751 (for O2 mobile) 1234567
We cover nearly all the world, but certain destinations we did not open. That is done to protect you and the money you uploaded to your Dringgg account. Very expensive destinations like Satellite networks are blocked. We would recommend that you visit the menu RATES and enter the country you would like to call – you will see that 99% of the world you can reach.
This is a function for using the dialer without having internet available. You can use that function only if there are access numbers provided in the country where you currently stay. Scroll down on the page and check under Latest News – Access Numbers. If you see that we provide access numbers in the country you stay, you can use this service to call without having internet available. But be aware that your mobile provider will charge you for a call to a local geographical number except you have a flat package what provides you such calls for free.
Yes you can – just swipe after entering a phone number or after you selected a number from your address book the screen twice to the left and you can send an SMS.
Visit the Dringgg Home page an, login and go to the menu Buy Credit, there you can top-up your account using Paypal.
